Terms of Service — Pricing & Comparison Tables

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Pricing & Comparison Tables app (“the App”) from the Wix App Market, you (“Site Owner”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the App.

2. Description of Service

Pricing & Comparison Tables is a Wix App Market application that lets you build pricing cards and comparison grids — from templates or from scratch — and display them on your Wix website through a widget. Some features are available only under a paid subscription.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Wix websites you own or manage.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your tables, including plan names, prices, features, button texts and links. In particular you must:

The sample table shown in the editor before you create a table is fictional, for illustration only, and is never shown to your site’s visitors. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or to mislead visitors.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; resell or sublicense it; or create derivative works based on it.

6. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: one live table with up to three plans and eight rows (archived tables are not limited), pricing cards and comparison grids, all templates, the monthly / yearly switch, section headings, light and dark styles, seven accent colours, structured data, and the total number of button clicks. A small “Made with Pricing & Comparison Tables” line is shown under the table.

Premium plan: unlimited live tables, plans and rows, any accent colour and Google Fonts, a separate table for each language of a multilingual site, button clicks per plan, and removal of the “Made with” line. Payments are processed by Wix through the Wix Billing System. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If you return to the Free plan nothing is deleted and tables made on Premium stay editable. If plans change, existing subscribers keep access to what they already paid for.

Refunds: subject to Wix’s standard refund policy for App Market subscriptions.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App in good working order but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or compatibility with every browser, device or third-party Wix app. Click counts are a guide, not accounting. Search engines decide on their own whether and how they use structured data; we do not promise any particular search result. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of business, revenue, or data, including losses that result from prices or information you published. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to uninstall it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, the content you publish with it, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
