Terms of Service — Data Tables

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Data Tables app (“the App”) from the Wix App Market, you (“Site Owner”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
2. Description of Service
Data Tables is a Wix App Market application that lets you build tables from rows you type in, paste, import from a CSV file or link from a shared online sheet, and display them on your Wix website through a widget with search, filters and sorting. Linked sheets are read through their public address; the App does not connect to your spreadsheet account. Some features are available only under a paid subscription.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Wix websites you own or manage.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your tables, including texts, prices, links and images. In particular you must:
- publish only data you are entitled to publish, including any personal data of other people (for example in a staff directory);
- keep prices, availability and other facts accurate and up to date;
- share a linked sheet only as widely as you intend: anyone with its address can read it.
The sample table added when the App is first opened is fictional, for illustration only, and is never shown on your published site. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or to mislead visitors.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; resell or sublicense it; or create derivative works based on it.
6. Free and Paid Plans
Free plan: three live tables with up to 500 rows each, every column type, search, filters and sorting, phone cards, six themes, CSV import and export, and a linked sheet refreshed once a day. A small “Made with Data Tables” line is shown under the table.
Premium plan: unlimited live tables, up to 5,000 rows per table, more frequent sheet refreshes, download and print buttons for visitors, custom colors and font, row highlight rules, and removal of the “Made with” line. Payments are processed by Wix through the Wix Billing System. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If you return to the Free plan nothing is deleted. If plans change, existing subscribers keep access to what they already paid for.
Refunds: subject to Wix’s standard refund policy for App Market subscriptions.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App in good working order but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or compatibility with every browser, device, sheet provider or third-party Wix app. If a linked sheet cannot be read, the App keeps showing the last version it read. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of business, revenue, or data, including losses that result from the information you published. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to uninstall it.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, the content you publish with it, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
