Privacy Policy — Pricing & Comparison Tables

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how the Pricing & Comparison Tables app (“we”, “our”, “the app”) handles information when it is installed on a Wix website. The app is developed and operated by an independent developer and is distributed through the Wix App Market.

2. Roles
The site owner who installs the app is the data controller for the tables they publish. We act as a data processor, operating the app’s backend on the site owner’s behalf. All data is stored in the site owner’s own Wix Data collections on Wix infrastructure and is subject to Wix’s Privacy Policy.
3. What Data the App Processes
Tables added by the site owner: the plans, prices, rows, button texts and links, and the design settings the site owner enters in the app dashboard.
Button clicks: when a visitor clicks a plan’s button, the app stores one record with the table, the plan and the date (day). It stores no personal data: no name, email, IP address, device, location or cookie identifier. The site owner sees only totals per plan.
Visitors: the app has no forms and collects no personal data from visitors.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The app does not set any cookies. In the visitor’s browser it uses sessionStorage to keep a copy of the published table for faster loading and to count a click on a plan only once per visit; it is cleared when the tab is closed. In the site owner’s dashboard, localStorage remembers whether a short review request was already shown.
5. Third-Party Services
The app uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. If the site owner chooses a Google Font for a table (Premium), visitors’ browsers load that font from Google Fonts, governed by Google’s own policy. Links on plan buttons open only when a visitor clicks them and are then governed by those sites’ own policies. The widget adds structured data (schema.org) describing the plans already shown on the page so that search engines can read them.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Tables persist in the site owner’s Wix Data collections until the site owner deletes them in the app dashboard or uninstalls the app. Click records contain no personal data and stay in the site owner’s collection until the app is uninstalled. Removing the widget from a page does not delete the table.
7. GDPR / CCPA
The site owner decides what a table shows and is responsible for its content. We do not use this data for our own purposes, do not sell it and do not share it with third parties.

8. Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from visitors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
