Terms of Service — Instant Quote Calculator

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Instant Quote Calculator app (“the App”) from the Wix App Market, you (“Site Owner”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
2. Description of Service
Instant Quote Calculator is a Wix App Market application that lets you build price calculators, display them on your Wix website through a widget, collect quote requests from visitors, add them to your Wix contacts, view them with their price breakdown, and see basic usage counts. Some features are available only under a paid subscription.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Wix websites you own or manage.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the prices, formulas and texts you configure, for the estimates your visitors see, and for the personal data you collect from your visitors through the App. Estimates shown by a calculator are information only; your own terms and quotes decide what is binding. You must:
- check that every calculator produces the prices you intend before publishing it;
- have a lawful basis for collecting and processing visitors’ details;
- disclose the collection in your own site’s privacy policy;
- honour data-subject requests using the delete tools in the dashboard and in Wix.
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, to collect data from children in violation of applicable law, or to send unsolicited messages to the people who contacted you.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; resell or sublicense it; or create derivative works based on it.
6. Free and Paid Plans
Free plan: one live calculator with up to eight fields, all templates, conditions, the requests list, Wix contacts sync, dashboard notifications and all themes. A small “Powered by” line is shown under the calculator.
Premium plan: unlimited calculators and fields, custom formulas, webhooks, CSV export, custom colors and fonts, and removal of the “Powered by” line. Payments are processed by Wix through the Wix Billing System. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If plans change, existing subscribers keep access to what they already paid for.
Refunds: subject to Wix’s standard refund policy for App Market subscriptions.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App in good working order but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or compatibility with every browser, device, or third-party Wix app. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of business, revenue, or data, including losses that result from a price shown by a calculator that you configured. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to uninstall it.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your calculators and collected data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
